To our valued guests
I would like to thank all of you for your patronage and patience this season. We
have had a good start to the season considering all the challenges involved with
operating a ski area in NYS during this pandemic. Many customers have expressed
concerns and the desire to ride more slopes. We are doing the best we can with the
lack of natural snow and marginal snowmaking temps. That being said, we have just
received almost 2’ of natural snow and are heading into a cold forecast. We will be
making, as much snow as we can and it is our intention to open as much terrain just
as quickly as possible.
Kissing Bridge like many other ski areas in the region is experiencing a difficult
time finding employees. We are struggling with this. We have added many extra
values to anyone looking to join our team. The biggest need is for lift attendants. We
now have the snow to open twice the terrain that we have been riding, however
have a shortage on lift attendants.
I am reaching out to our guests to please be understanding. We will have the South
area open starting tomorrow along with the World chair operating this weekend. If
you notice the triple chair not operating , it is so we can offer more terrain for
everyone to enjoy . If any of you know of anyone in need of immediate employment
please apply online or come in to apply in person. Positions are available now
We invite everyone to come out and enjoy the best conditions of the season!
Thank you again for your patronage, well see you soon!
